Proper digging methods

I am looking for a website that shows proper digging techniques. Does anyone know of a website that has pictures and instructions on how to dig with minimum damage to the grass?

Thanks for the info Jimmy and Surfrat, very good video. I want to create a page so I can advertise that I want to metal detect old properties and then send them to my web page so they can see what metal detecting is about and it will answer all their questions. Who knows maybe it will get me some new places to hunt.
