I'm very excited my wife is going to detect a new cellar with me tomorrow this will be her third this year 4th total ,last time she went she found this cool ring i hope she has a great hunt. Its awesome when your wife is your best bud the benefits are great .

Many years ago when I was still actively archery deer hunting in MI. my wife used to think I was nuts. I'd get out of a real warm bed way before light (on a day off). Then head out the door with temps between 0 to 32 degrees. Then wade through snow from a few inches to 2 ft. into the woods. Then climb 10-22 ft. into a tree stand and have a seat. Then on real bad mornings I'd sit there and try and convince myself while the temp started to drop just before daylight... "This is fun... This is fun, Brad". When light came I'd head down, drive home and head into house. Wife would say again... "You got to be nuts".... maybe she was right...?
