Quartz Point

Wednesday morning a friend and I went to look some land that has been bottom plowed. Because it began to rain really hard we left and went to some land in another part of Sumter County, GA. That is where I found these. The quartz point is unusual in southwest Georgia. I really like the middle point.

You find a lot of quartz points in north Georgia above the Fall Line which runs from Columbus to Macon to Augusta.
