Queen victoria 1887 year of jubilee plate

Hi
Can anyone tell me anything about this plate? And it's value? I am told my great great grandmother was given it by her employers for her service, we believe she worked in big manor houses as some sort of maid.

Wow thanks, mine doesn't have the gold paint on but this is the first I've seen that is identical to the pattern. Good find!
