Quick look for place

Found these things today scouting for a place that was on an old map. I found the wheels walking around and one of the blades. I ran my detector and found the others. I didn't have much time but will be going back for sure. Anyone know about how old these things might be?

I don't think they're wheels per se. They look like part of a belt drive system. Maybe an old saw mill was at the site?

I have seen old type irrigation systems for farm fields in delta areas that look just like those.

When I saw it I immediately thought of an old line shaft
