Hello All. Check these out, I found them on the site of an old RR station. I think they are mostly lead with brass inserts on top. They are heavy with no markings on them and appear to have been embedded into something.

I am thinking they may be electrical in nature but what are they...???

Yes, electrical. They are from an Edison "crows foot" battery.
