Rain hunt almost a bust

Got off work today and it was pouring rain but said heck with it and did a two hour hunt. I went to where I found 5 Indians and 2 KGIII coppers. It's a wooded site with lots of iron but I wanted to try the settings I've been using to see if they helped. I got a small chirp in the middle of a bunch of iron hits and at 2" found a 1887 Indian with several nails in the hole. I got a few more finds before calling it a day. Didn't get much but happy with the new settings. Think I need to dig some pits at this site too. HH!
