As an individual who lives in the Pacific Northwest constant rain kind of puts a damper on detecting. I was just wondering how many of you do much detecting in the rain?

I am in So Cal. Are ground hear is DG. I need the rain to soften up the ground. We don't get much. Hillbilly<><

Im in Portland. I try not to go out in the rain. That being said....If I knew of a construction site that was going to have it's top soil removed w/ a 1 day window to detect, and the site is a historic location...a flood couldn't stop me

I will just wrap the detector in a plastic bag and away I go.
