Rain stopped here in south jersey and was 55 degrees out. Decided to go down to the baseball fields and play in the mud. In a 2 and a half hour hunt I found 2 junk rings, a junk earing, a cool pirate skull necklace charm also junk, a 1998 chuck e cheese token, and $3.38 in clad. Not a bad day at all. Looks like the temps are gonna drop in the 20's this week and the ground will probably freeze. Happy to get out that one last time for a bit. Thanks for looking and happy hunting!

Not bad at all! Congrats and you scored some gas money!

You did better than I did. I didn't make it out and it's probably the last we'll see of unfrozen ground for a while!

I went to work for 12 hours today...your hunt sounds really good to me!

A good hunt, I'm curious about your avatar pic? I dug that exact thing about a week ago...what is it??

I think it's a suspender clip circa 1850's to early 1900's. Did you take any pictures of it? I'd love to see it.

Thx Mike, I guess it could be a suspender clip, I've been wondering about that one, if you find out for sure let me know.

Will do. I posted it on here a bit ago and got some feedback. I thought mine was one of a kind. It's a really cool relic. I'll add you to my friends list. If I hear anything else about mine or if you figure anything out please let me know also. Thanks !!

Any day we can dig is a good day!

Happy Hunting in 2015

glad to see that you were able to get out, the ground is so saturated here that you would be digging mud bugs here, of course the 21 degrees this morning was helping any either.

Ahhh Back to normal after all the 'Unreal!' finds posted above.
Good Job
