I had the day off from work and was supposed to go fishing, but the river's were way too high to even consider launching the boat { and it was still raining } so I was determined to NOT stay in the house and do something constructive, like metal detecting:hello2:. Went to an old swimming area that I've searched a dozen times before. Got a SOLID 38 reading. After sifting through the basket I see silver, I thought ahhh just a quarter, but then the quarter looked too big to be a quarter, ended up with this nice looking 1943 walking liberty half dollar!!

Nice looking Walker.

Useing a Minelab Safari, a 38 is a typical silver hit.
