It was one of those "should I or shouldn't I?" days with cold temps and rain. I knew it was going to be a mudfest but my next three weekends are booked. So I checked the weather radar and waited for a break from the rain to head out and, boy, I am so glad I did as I pulled my first SLQ from my favorite farm. I think it is the 1916-1917 variety based on the eagle placement. This wil keep me smiling all week!
I think I have this Murphy's Law thing going with the worse the weather is when I hunt, the better the coins I find. Whatever it takes!
