Even in Cincinnati the ground freezes in February. Last it warmed up to the 60's and rained for 3 days in a row. The ground had been frozen solid to that point. It was 40 out today so I thought I'd take a chance. The ground had thawed but was plenty wet.I hit a local soccer field for a couple hours. Was hoping for some jewelry; but all I got was clad. It was still nice to be out though.HH

Glad you got out. BB and I hit a yard last night and managed a few good finds once again. Hard to dig the frozen ground...

Congrats on getting out in February! I can tell you it won't happen to me here in NW Indiana as they are calling for below temps this weekend :'(

still good to get out detecting good luck and hh

When the silver starts calling to you, you will dig just about anything! Well done on the clad!! 8) 8)
