RECOGNIZE THIS BUILDING?

Found in central Ma today at old cellar hole,though dont think this dates back to this site as there was more modern trash from past 100 years dumped across the trail where I found this,pretty sure a coin tray type dish as small about 6 inches wide,no idea what building is but assume a monument from somewhere,has lizard/dragon looking creature in all corners.Anyone know this building?

Maybe this building in China before it was renovated. Jiangyin People's Court in Jiangyin city, Wuxi prefecture, Jiangsu province.

The recesses between the windows are what you're seeing on the tray. Exactly like the photo. Mackaydon is correct, I believe, and it was a great solve.

I apologize as i missed the "renovated" part of your answer...spent some time trying to find any pictures or info about the renovation etc but no luck,just wondering what info you have about this.

Im thinking it has the court house building look,came across this image,has a great similarity to the Chinese Court house,wonder who copied who..lol
