Relics from the RR Siding

Hello All. Got out again with Btoots to the small town RR siding where I found (2) 1918 Merc's on our 1st hunt there.

No silver this time but I did score a lot of the usual ammo, brass clock stuff, and misc hardware along with a very cool pewter(?) ornate item. I am thinking that it is a candle stick holder...cool huh?

Large area with more to come I hope, kudos to Btoots for the site permit.

Great bunch of old finds, Cambria! Don't lose hope on the silver, looks like there are plenty targets left...im sure there's more silvers and old coppers hiding in close proximity to all those larger pieces. First class pics...Ddf

Hello flatbutton. Yep hot is a way of life down here but it's never too hot to hunt, you just gotta look for the shade, move slow, drink water, dig, and repeat. HH C9

Hello PPC. Yep it was a good hunt. I get in trouble with my wife and kids sometimes with the more common stuff I bring in but they always wanna see what I got when I get home so I must be doin' somthin' right. Thanks for the reply and HH. C9
