Results from 2 $50 cent bags, 1 $1000 quarter bag, and 1 box of halves (with pics)
I worked in Michigan's Upper Peninsula last week. I was able to stop a the Happy Bank, they only had $100 in halves SKUNK
It was the weekend so on Saturday I was only able to stop at one bank in Ishpeming. They sold me a $1000 bag of quarters. I ended up with 1 = 1948.
I was also able to pick up 2 $50 cent bags from the Metro Detroit bank that will sell me bags. The results were good, but nothing special.
Bag #1 74 common wheats, 1930 x 2, 1934,1935,1936,1939 x2
Bag #2 154 common wheats, 1918, 1927, 1928, 1929, 1930, 1936, 1937, 1939 x 5, King George x 4
Box of halves = 13 40%, This was the first box we got in the last 2 months. I have been working on my addition so I do not have much time to spare. We did order a box for next week.
The only coin needed for the books was the 1948 Washington quarter.
