Here is a pic of of a field I walked a couple of days ago. Tons of quartz chips. I was just about on my hands and knees flipping them and it did pay off.

the pottery shards were a cool find....Check out the huge hide scraper in the middle.

Badandy told me in my last post to check the waterhole next to the cornfield. Thats where I found that large scraper in the water. My brother couldnt believe it. He told me when I was looking in the water that the stone there was probably trucked in because there was a culvert put in for water run off. Now I think he's convinced that the stones in the water are still the ones that have always been there.

Glad to see that what I said paid off bud! Is the base broken on that tan point, or was it made that way? If it was made that way could you take a closer pic. of it? Thanks and Congrats!
