What is in your ground?? Silver here comes out nice and shiny from the ground, black from the water. You sure you were not underwater detecting? LOL sweet. I have hundreds of black silver rings, want to shine them for me?

Very nice cleaning job too.
That spot may be less giving now but things continue to be lost. Maybe some free samples of hand cream and sunblock will help the rings find their freedom faster

Great find! Are you hunting around a current high school or an old vacant one? I wondered the other day about hunting near a high school near me and the one I went to many years ago, as well. Im not sure about city ordinances? Last thing I want is to get in trouble. One school had the ball field gate padlocked. Bummer. Also, is there any particular place I should cover besides the obvious ball fields and near parking lots?
