I did some more woods hunting around the stone wall area and went farther along than last time. I came to a little clearing where there was some scattered apple trees and a little patch of wild roses. The hunt was coming to an end and all i had was three flat buttons and a thimble. Right on the edge of the rose bush i got a really high strong deeper signal. I dug then stuck the pin pointer in the hole and the target was at the bottom. I scooped some soil out with my hand and saw a big ring. At first i though it was plated because the bottom didn't look right. After i got home a washed it off i noticed it was resized at some point. Then in the band i seen "sterling10k" so i knew it was good. There was also a big "M" beside it. I don't know how much is actually gold compared to silver but its been awhile since i found a ring so ill take it. Thanks for looking! [emoji2]
