Ring found today

Found this neat ring today, no markings inside the ring. So I am sure its not gold or silver. But I could be wrong?? Also found $ 3.71 in clad coins.. The ring was in a tot lot covered in wood chips Hope the pics are clear. Had my wife take then on her new camera. Shane

Hi shane41, I can't really tell, but it looks like your ring might be "annealed". A chemical process that turns metal black.
