Hi Gang,

I found this nice silver ring two days ago in a 1/4 acre, unkept lot, on the edge of a old college. There was a garage sale at the adjoining house and the owners said they could not give permission as it was college owned land. Since we already have permission to hunt all college property, we could hardly wait until the next day to get back. The neighbors also mentioned it had an old IOOF barn on it. Ah...what--International Order of the Odd Fellows lodge. We didn't find much but we did get some wheats and a 2"x3" piece of Line O' Type plus my ring. This ring could easily be the mate to one I found at the college earlier in the year, only this one is lighter in weight. The ring says "Sterling" inside.

I forgot, I also found a 1943 P nickel on the site.

The dime is for size The new ring find is on the left. It fits my little finger.

That little lot has been very good to you :icon_thumleft: You also got a deal on those radio phones if they are working. :icon_thumleft:

Yp the walkie talkies work well for about a mile--which is all I need.
