Found this ring at a 1925 homesite and it is not gold. Maybe silver. It has a Trojan on the side. I don't know what it is can one of you please help me. Thanks. It was found 2 weeks ago.
Ring ID looks like a class ring?

It does look like a class ring and they are not always precious metal probably why it's so corroded.

I'm pretty sure it's a junk ring. Even silver or plated copper wouldn't corrode that badly in less than 100 years. I'd do an acid test to be sure though.
