MY FATHER FOUND THIS AS A CHILD , HE THOUGHT IT WAS A METEOR. BUT ITS NOT. IT WEIGHS 20# ,NOT MAGNETIC AT ALL AND CAME FROM FORT SMITH ,ARKANSAS AREA OR POSSIBLY HOWE,OKLAHOMA AREA.

This appears to be a septarian nodule, a clay ball that has dried and cracked. The cracks then were infiltrated by minerals, often the mineral is calcite in crystals.
 

im afraid my picture dosent do it justice ill post a better picture later really strange looking rock
 

It's not a rock, it's a 'septarian nodule' as stated above. Do a Google image search for 'septarian nodule' and you'll see many just like yours.
 

Looks like a septarian here is a really old one I found. Looks just like one. But thats a much newer and nicer one. Good luck. You can see the cracking on the lower right. (this is a much older specimen it actually cracke in half in my hands. But you can see cracking on it. Good luck.
