That looks like a form of Basalt. I only know of a few pieces of Basalt worth any kind of money such as this piece retrieved by Apollo 15. Any other large deposits of Basalt may be worth something in the way of crushed stone in the landscape or aggregate industry and sold so much by the cubic yard or by the ton.?

Also where there is basalt there could be other igneous and metamorphic rocks. Worth looking at a geo map of the area to see if there are any pegmatites.
