Rocks in ohio..?

I believe the trilobite is the state fossil. Southern Ohio creek beds are a good place to look. Also many many arrowheads etc. Good Luck.

Yeah trilobite is the state fossil, but I'm not sure where to look for them. Usually too busy hunting arrowheads to think about fossils but lately I have been thinking about looking for different kinds of rocks. We used to look for fossils here and there but it was mostly in gravel when letting the kids play at the playground or on large stones in drainage ditches etc. that was years ago though, but you'd be surprised what you can find in gravel.
