A friend of mine found this on top of the ground in Chalmette Louisiana many years back. It appears to be Roman, not sure what the time frame, nor exact type of coin this is. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

first off, your showing more than one coin, yet you ask what this is
do you have measurements and weight of one of the coins?
need to see the front and back of a single coin to help
imo could be cast

This looks like an ANTONINUS PIUS Denarius of AD139. Sears Vol II (2002 Ed) No 4116 - Book Value VF $52 and EF $180.
Obverse: ANTO[NINVS A]VG PIVS P[ P], laureate head right
Reverse: TR POT COS II, Fortuna standing left holding rudder & cornucopiae.
This one is well worn and damaged but as per example here on Wildwinds.

Antoninus Pius Denarius. 139 AD. ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P, laureate head right / TR POT COS II, Fortuna standing left holding rudder & cornucopiae. RSC 859. * Sear RCV 4116 * WildWinds.com

I thought it might be another coin:
Antoninus Pius (138-161). AR Denarius, 145-161 AD. Obv. ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P. Laureate head right.
Rev. TR POT COS IIII LIB IIII. Liberalitas standing left, holding vexillum and cornucopiae. (As shown here:
https://www.artemideaste.com/auction/view/446/204).
I favored Liberalitas holding a vexillum over Fortuna holding the rudder.
Don......

yeah looks like it.

PS. In future it helps if you use [ ]'s to show letters that are not visible.
