"Winter" is generous to us this year. Can't remember so many outings in january. I did a lot of research and tested a couple fields. Most only for an hour or so on the main area to get an idea whats coming up.
Here are finds from one of the new sites.

Trash, iron with a roman chisel again, Roman pottery on a roman roof tile, lead, buttons, watch winder, 50g weight with cool calibration marks, gilded belt mount and some coins.

Nice relics! And coins! I guess winter has been generous to you! GL. HH!

Very nice finds! Do you have any info on button with crown?

Sorry. My guess is military, but it's a common design. From the style of the button, very massive, big shank(here missing), gilded i say military.

love the coins! gz! seems like no snow in this winter for u ?

True, it was the best January we have ever had on mildness & finds!

The gun part - ram rod guide, I think, is not such a common find here!

Real cool finds.

Hi Mihmar, snow is coming. We had snow every winter. But i hope for only a little and for a short time!

Cru, the ramrod guide is a first for me too. Not many musket parts in the fields! Do you had a look at the Bronze in the middle? Size like a Dupondius. Looks like it is original diameter with no broken off border. Copper filled.

Did the gold colored coin (5 pilfing/mark?) make your heart go pitty-patter or does it look more gold in photo's? Good to get the dogs out anyway Lu. Good luck.
