Nice fob, not a common recovery considering all that is dug and posted up.
Liking the restoration of the bud vase, very nice indeed. Is the glass your dug find or a purchase?

Thanks pepperj, I have dug quite a few similar bottles but this came from my friends collection that I purchased, it was just more purple than the others.

I agree it's nicely coloured.
I remember we use to put bottles on the roof of the house to change the enhance the purple in the glass. It was surprising after a couple of seasons it made a difference.

I have a batch on the roof now, I use an old dishwasher rack. Up here at 9700 feet they turn a little faster!

That Roycroft is a neat little find. I've seen pieces of other Roycroft in antique shops and flea markets over time. Beautiful works of true period Arts & Crafts they are.

I agree, tamrok. I would sure like to see some at the thrift stores! The pieces I see on the internet are beautiful. It's a real pleasure restoring the ones I have found!

Yeah I'm drawn to items of the arts and craft movement. It stood as a revolt against mass production and the very construction of an object is art.

Long winter, haven't found much. I restored this Roycroft piece I found. It is a bud vase. I was able to identify it because someone here recognized the mark on another piece I had found. I am really happy with it. I love the watch fob although it is fairly common. Happy hunting out there!!!
Cool watch Fob!!! Congrats!!!
