Decided to go way out of my usual area (with a gps) and see just where the "stuff" stops in my hunting area. I guess the old inhabitants wandered as far as I did. No coins or anything really cool but a few interesting iron pieces. I especially like the old scale weight, must have done some business a long time ago.

I also found a small piece of what I guess is trade silver. It was in my detecting pants and the wife found it in the washing machine....the boss is keeping her eye out for precious metals.
