S.C gorget or weight

Here is a nice piece from s.c not real sure what it would have been since its broke. The material is soapstone and its not very common around these parts but you do see it. Im guessing that its part of a gorget I hope, any input is appreciated. Im off today,due to snow so I will try to post some more of my finds. Hope you enjoy.
