I'm actually worried about finds like these. What do you do when you find one? (Are these just modern stuff?)

Relax,they're just bullets.

They're all post 1900. ( I think the .45 is from 1918,and I'm sure the .357 is from the 1970s or later.) the only real way they are dangerous is if you hit them with a hammer or a rock or something. And even then,the casing will be more dangerous that the projectile.(You need the support of the chamber to make the pressure build up.)

If you are very concerned about them,soak them in WD40 for a few weeks, it will penetrate them and render the primers useless.
