I guess this is a napkin ring? Very busy with the marks on the bottom lol (Hecho en mexico, RRR, 925MM, Sanborn Mexico Sterling, the letter T, and an eagle with the number 1 in it) . Take a gander please and let me know what you all think of it, bought it for melt price +$1, so can always return it for minimal loss if need be or hold onto it.
