I could be wrong but believe you are referring to the Santa Catarina de Ribamar which appears to have been the same ship, a 1500 ton Carrack seized by the Dutch East India Company in February 1603 off Singapore. She wrecked off Cabo da Roca (Cape Roca), Portugal in 1636. See the link below.
