Schaefer Beer English Pewter Stein

Found this metal detecting. I saw the handle sticking up out of the dirt thinking it was another broken something. This peice has a glass bottom as well. It has a dent on the bottom and the glass bottom seal doesn't hold water. Great for a shelf.

That's a really nice find! I like steins and tankards myself. Is it sat on a bicycle saddle, and if so, do you bike with your metal detector on board?

I do actually. Lots of local hotspots nearby. I don't saddle it though. Sometimes ill just carry it while riding.
