Schenectady parks

Hi All,
Was wondering if anyone has hunted any Schenectady parks and others nearby?I haven't hunted parks much but,I hear there are some pretty old ones in Schenectady.Any info in regards to them would be great.

They have been pounded to death from what I have heard! I wouldn't waste your time there. All the larger parks in the Capital District area have been hammered over the years (Central Park, Washington, Lincoln, Prospect, Congress, ect..). I have had much better luck in the smaller less known parks.

In ballston lake there is a bike path that used to be a train station stop, along the path and the shore of the lake was an amusement park in the early 1900s. I'm going to be checking it out this summer.

The amusement park is now private property i was looking into that earlier this year.
