I noticed that I could now regain access to the old schoolyard where I scored my first two silvers ever including my one and only Walker. This spot is one of the few in my area that I know has been hit hard over the years. I managed a few deep wheats and a measured 10" 1946 nickel. The merc was suprisingly shallow thus I didnt take care and knicked it. Its worn anyway

I then went to the courthouse where I have found nothing but a 53 quarter in past hunts. First time with the Deus though and got a few whisper hits that ended up being colonial coppers :hello2: The KG II is really nice with a date of 1747 I believe. The other appears to be a toasted KG III

Awesome digs!, love the kgs!, big on my must have list is an identifiable dateable KG, good job man!

Nice old coppers and silver. It's crazy when older silver is so shallow like that.

Silver and big coppers, Sweet!!

Yeap the Geo II is a '47.....

Congrats on those finds. :occasion14: It seems to me that the XP Deus has made old sites produce again.

Love the Deus. I had already been through this area with an atpro and vaquero. Both pretty good detectors. We have had a lot of rain this spring. So that may have helped
