Schuylkill County Pa. fossil hunting

Looks like St. Clair. I was all set to go last fall but it fell through. Hopefully will get there soon. Then after I work up an appetite stop at Vito's for some coal fired pizza.

Schuylkill County is wonderful for fossils many different era's.

St. Clair fern fossils from the Pennsylvania period (325 to 286 million years)
and also read about petrified wood and ferns in coal from the Pennsylvania period in Joliette.

Deer Lake, and Sudeburg Brachiopods and other shallow sea fossils from the Devonian period ( 416 to 359 million years).
