Scored a barber and a broken wing

Me and Dano went digging yesterday after work. Dano dug a really nice (no pic)1890 ihp on his first dig at the first stop. I found this broken wing. Looks like part of some jewelry. Maybe someone here knows what it from. At the next stop my first hole was my second barber dime. It was kinda a crappy signal. It bounced around more than most dimes.

Nice Barber! As others have said, your wings (wing) is an aviators pin and is probably most likely silver. I'd bet good money the other wing had the "sterling" stamp. Ddf.
