Hi all, ive been detecting for around year now, mainly in and around my local town of Kettering. I also spend time at our caravan in Ingoldmells near Skegness, so im quite often to be found on the beach early in the mornings. I haven't found anything exciting yet but i do enjoy trying. Being partly disabled due to a back injury i just go at my own pace but the good part of that is i dont miss anything. Next year (2013) im going to try and get permission to detect on the fields around my local area as there have been reported Roman settlements and finds over the years. Im looking for someone with the same interest as me in the Kettering area, so please get in touch if anyone's interested.
