Seated found in Lebanon, PA

Nice finds the top left is an escutcheon plate from a piece of furniture and your second object is what looks to be a padlock.

Agree, the lock face is from a style of lock known as "Mickey Mouse" style or type because of the "ears." There was one on the other side that has broken off.

not a watch piece, but it's an old lead cotton bale seal. a lot of them will have a city and state or a rail road name on them. dang nice silver lady and buttons!!
