Sebastian Inlet: I need tips. surf pro pi

My son and I are planing to take a trip there. We live on the west coast.
We just bought a surf pro pi to replace or shall I say improve on our bounty hunter land star model.
I am looking for people who have experiance with this model and sebastian inlet area.

The white's surf pro pi is a great machine. I had one for years until I sold it after I picked up my first excalibur. Be prepared to dig a lot of holes. The only problems I ever had with the PI machines is the total lack of discrimination. You may end up digging a bunch of small pieces of iron, bobby pins and the like... and you will dig deep. But on the same token, little pieces of gold (earrings, chains), coins and just about everything else gets picked up too. If it is metal, the machine will beep
