It's actually slang mispronounced, the correct word is Freaking, used in place of another similar no so nice word. We tend to butcher language, it's an American thing. But anywho, there is no excuse for those person's actions. And they will go unpunished except for some Facebook and other such forum posts.

But Karma is a beach (note slang used for another word) hopefully someday all of those involved are in the water and have a hungry shark checking them out. All the while, the Dolphin's relatives do nothing to prevent the Karma from happening.
