Got back out to the farm that I've been hunting since my last post and got a crazy high low Indian head signal and had to go for it , out pops a washer or something then put my pinpointer back in the hole and out pops a Indian and Buffalo stuck together wow:headbang: , gave the IH cent to the kids and also some more wheats but kept a few that I needed for my collection, a few days before this went to a field site with a friend and got the 1882 Canadian large cent. Now the buffalo is a 1917 D , should I clean it or leave it alone since it's worth a few bucks ??? Some help would be appreciated HH!!!

Nice finds, I've usually been advised to not clean my coins, but ultimately it's up to you. I like the way it looks as is myself.

i would clean the dirt off but not the patina.

I might not have much in the way of coins, but I do love patina.

I say clean the dirt and leave the patina. Looks really cool.

I'd leave it be.congrats on the Canadian lc cool find.

:icon_thumleft: Great job rechecking the hole! Well worth the extra 5 seconds.

Don't clean it - you'll likely degrade it a little - That Vickie large cent is beautiful !
