Hey folks!

Not a ton to report today. Was passing by an old permission that’s been great to my brother and I but has slowed down a lot.

I decided to crank the sensitivity way up and look for deep signals that have eluded us in the past. I had a little bit of luck thankfully!

In about 2 hours I found 6 Wheats (including a 1910-S!), 2 old spoons, a hem weight and a funny old pin.

Not a bad little outing! Hopefully some more goodies are hiding there for a future date.

I’m headed to Minneapolis tomorrow for work tomorrow so no hunting for me until next weekend at the earliest.

Good luck out there!

Nice!!! Congrats!!!

I envy you west coast hunters for all the "S" mints- Congrats!

Don't you mean those "D and S" mints, Jeff? Am I right washingtonian?

It's always amazing what you find when you change the hz, turn up the sensitivity and the discrimination down!

Cutlery always takes such a beating from the plows. :laughing7:

I found a 1910 S digging through my grandmothers coin jug about 50 years ago. Still have it!

Congrats W and bring your snow shovel to the twin cities, they got dumped on!

It all adds up my Brother and just makes your collection grow some more .

That is one nice thing we get. I envy you East Coasters and your coppers, Seateds, spanish silver, flat buttons, need I go on? Haha.

Thank you! It certainly won't be my last visit to this site with these settings. I think there are some more deep pennies and hopefully even a couple dimes!

Thanks and this is chaos here! What in the world? I like living in a temperate coastal city haha.

Thanks Tommy, I agree. Gonna need a true man cave for all my finds at some point haha.
