Sept 21st morning woods hunt

I went to a woods this morning adjoining my old junior high school and managed to score some silver and a couple wheats. I hunted it yesterday morning too but no silver but I did find some old stuff and figured there has to be some silver here. It looks like a promising spot once the skeeter's are died off, they were attacking bigtime after it started to warm up and I thought time to go!

Nice finds Giant. Congrats on the silver!

I hit the woods yesterday at the elementary school by my house. Came up with a few clad coins of recent dates. Only detected the path thru/ maybe I should try off the path.

Well done! I will bet there is a lot more there!

I did the oldest baseball field in town yesterday. Found over $4 in clad, but late 60's was as old as I found.
Clad everywhere. Never had so many coin hits in one area. never left half of the ballfield in over 4 hours.

Maybe I should hit the woods around the ballfield!
