Settings for the F70

Hello, i recently purchased a fisher F70 and i been out a few times with it. just wondering if anyone knows a good setting to run, i got a 11" coil on it and i usually go hunt coins and whatever els i can find. any ideas.

I ran the sens around 70 and the disc at 15-20 and used delta pitch tone. You could have just asked me Dustin..lol
