So far there are only two members of the San Gabriel Valley Pinpointers. We started the club in April.
I've been detecting for three months now. I have so far discovered two gold rings, some un-identified vintage tokens, an ornate silver & turquoise piece and many coins. I have also recovered many odd rings and trinkets, even scrap metal. My partner has done well also.
Next week we're going to Calico Ghost Town to relic hunt in near by areas. Our next ghost town we hunt will be El doradoville in San Gabriel Mountains.
We go out once a week mostly parks and the occasional beach. We go out detecting usually from noon till seven.
