Shaler 3-piece bullet?

hi guys...got some decent photos with measurements.....
is this the bottom piece of a Shaler 3-piece bullet?
its made from lead, solid base and around the same measurements.... found in kent, uk though so it seems unlikely right?

I dont think it is. There is a flat area around the base of a shaler.

mine does have a flat rim but its very thin and a bit squashed

It might be the sprue left from a casting. The "funnel" on the top of the mould.

Could be anything from bullets to fishing sinkers to toy soldiers.
