it is some type of flint/chert. appears to have some fire popping on it, or it could possibly just be a flaw in the material.

Not a point that was damaged by the tiller? It was in the middle of a corn field.

For some reason my pictures are looking distorted when I click on it. Like its being stretched out. Is that a setting mishap on the website or my end? I am taking the pics with my iphone 10+, so goood camera. It only seems to be when I take pics with something in the palm of my hand.
 

I do not see it being an artifact,looks like it has some rind on it. But it looks like good material to use,keep looking around and something might show up.

Your item in question looks quite similar to Basalt or other igneous rocks like granite. It looks like there are some small inclusions of garnet and a little quartz.

Not jasper , probably flint and like others said more than likely just chip from plow damage but at best maybe debitage
