It was a group hunt day and 4 turned out to investigate some old foundations.

When I saw the "shoe buckle" in the hole I was happy ...for a second. It is very thin, and looks cheap to me. Maybe someone knows what it was used for ?

My other finds were a huge .57 SNIDER casing, watch cover, heel plate, and live .308 round.

ND got the only coin, a newer Canada LG cent, and a bell.

Good finds. The .57 Snider packed one HELL of a "wallop"
