Short Dig,, a few relics and a ring more like what I usually find!!!

had a few minutes to kill. so went up to a pounded camp that has be producing a few good relics the last two times I was there.. 3 ringers.. melts and a normal ring for the period.. brass that was gold plated. also got a copper disk the same size and weight as an IH but blank and with a hole in it.

Soo.. here is a typical ring from the period.

Thanks!! One advantage in living in a small town.. in a gap that hada lot of troops march through.. I can honestly say.. I have found at least a bullet or two in every field I have ever hunted around here.. maybe not the first time.. but averaged over time.. at least 1 or 2.. heck.. they even pop up in the yards!! Got to love it!!!
